Merfolk's Lullaby

The Captain of the Ferry of the Damned who is tasked with ferrying souls from one place to the next, be that returning souls back to the land of the living or elsewhere. He seems to have taken this role as part of some oath or promise.

In addition to shepherding souls he also keeps a keen eye out for potential threats to the Sea of Thieves and the pirates way of life.

How the Ferryman came to be is a mystery, much like the existence and appearance of the Ferry of the Damned. It is known that it has not always been there, however.
